Sooo I’ve been playing this so called game since it’s release. At times it’s fun, but mostly just frustrating. Like seriously Supercell? You’re going to spend all this time programming “updates” to the game but you don’t fix present issues, why?! Like troop/hero target, for example. Why in the world would a troop AND/OR hero keep smacking a wall for 15-20 seconds trying to break through only to walk away from it right before breaking the wall while all simultaneously getting smacked by defenses when the troop/hero could easily walk 4-5 tiles to go around the wall? It just doesn’t makes sense and it’s getting worse and worse from you guys. This is also why I stopped paying for passed on this game AND Clash Royale, Boom Beach and more, all which I care not to play anymore for obvious reason 🥴. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES BEFORE MAKING MORE UPDATES THAT WE REALLY DON’T EVEN NEED AND MOSTLY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT. Fun game that is ruining itself

They have not expanded the main play of the game (home village) in quite some time, though they keep introducing new elements to distract from that fact. The new elements are entertaining at first, but there is never enough thought into what to do with it beyond the original distraction. The builder village has stopped getting new updates, at an even bigger level than the home village, and now they’ve introduced a new village in the sky all without adding to the original game play that got people interested in the game in the first place. In addition, they took away global chat which effectively killed recruiting same language speaking clan mates. They also chose to eliminate troop costs which was one of the few strategic elements left in the game. Now advanced players have full storages with no way to spend them down….effectively eliminating any reason to attack other villages…ie, play the game. They have also decided that national flags represent a problem with their gameplay and removed them as well. Really fun game five years ago, but supercell has lost its way on how to keep the game fun and relevant.

Had this game for 5+ years. The early years was super unbalanced and had to grind daily for resources. I am seeing that unbalance in the builder base. I’ve been trying to get my base and troops up in the builder but I still get matched up almost every attack with someone that is maxed in everything. Can’t even grind trophies to get better loot because my base (no matter the design) gets 3 started while I struggle to get 70% on them. Can’t even have fun with it. I love the changes made to the main base and now the clan capital but seems like the builder base got thrown to the side for any changes. No reason for me to grind a whole day to get over 4k trophies then lose 9 straight (not even close to having a chance at winning) to take me back down below 3800 trophies. I play the game to have fun but when it’s so unbalanced how can you?
Amazing creative, family friendly game

This game is amazing! I honestly haven’t had it for to long but my brother has had it for two years, he is at level fourty and he still plays the game. One reason why I love this game is you can play with your friends and family by making a clan to chat in and help each other out by donating troops. Another reason why this game is fun, they have various different types of town halls. You can be very creative on how you create your town hall but they still make you buy some things before you can upgrade. The only suggestion I have is that it would be better if people could buy more builders with coins instead of gems because it’s quite difficult to get that many gems. Over all this is one of my favorite games to play!!! ❤️
Terrible Customer Support

The worst customer service I have dealt with in any context. There is a bug that prevents fair gameplay in a major portion of the game: wars. When given photos and video recording of the issue, I was first given a factually incorrect statement of how the game mode operates. When I pleaded with support to actually review the photos and video, I was then given a statement completely unrelated to the issue. When pressed to address the actual issue raised they stopped the conversation and actively prevent me from continuing the threaded issue.
The game has a fair gameplay issue, in game support refused to acknowledge this and won’t even try to help. Extremely disappointed with truly poor support service.
Clock Tower

We need an update that allows us to use the clock tower from builder base in the home village. Nobody likes these long wait times to get builders back. 12-17 days of waiting or half a month. We don’t need the 24x1 like in the builder base; but what about a daily 10x1 builder boost just like the builder potions in the home village. Overall the clock tower from builder base should commence a 24x1 like it does normally, but add-on a 10x1 builder boost or something when the clock tower is activated for the home village. I know we get medals to buy potions but we always don’t have medals due to using them etc( not to mention clan wars are only once a month to try and accumulate the medals)

After having the same account for around 4 years. Clash of clans locked me out. When I told them I was locked out they told me to email them the information from that account. So I had a family member take a picture of it because we were in the clan together. When I sent them a picture of the account. They blocked me from logging in. Then sent me a message saying I was catfishing. And banned me from playing for 30 days. Guess what I don’t want to play your game at all now I’m not worried about 30 days! And I didn’t spend money on the game that was all my TIME! I made a new account better they told me I was cat fishing and blocked account too!
Fun game unless you need to build

This game is a lot of fun and great to play with friends. My only complaint is how lengthy the build times are. Building takes forever, especially at higher levels. You get to a point where you can only make real progress in the game about once per week when your builds finally complete. Would be a lot more fun with shorter build times and/or more builders and/or more opportunities to speed builds without spending real cash. Even with the monthly $4.99 package you don’t get that significant of an upgrade in build speed. I hope they fix this in the future.
Free troops are bad

I love this game I’ve played it for 9 years. The new problem is that free troops makes the game too easy. There is no not as much of an incentive to save loot and earning loot doesn’t matter as much. It feels wrong. People can use overpowered armies without any downside which means it’s impossible to defend against anyone. Please have the troop and spell costs return and bring back the wonderful game it used to be. Thank you supercell for 9 years of fun and exciting memories. Hope you decide to revert the costs to the original format. Thanks.

COC wonderful game love every minute of it but there war logic make no sense and the buildings take forever to level up and cost way to much gold and elixir on upgrading things anyways you can lose a war for doing better then another clan having less attacks three staring more people and lose because of destruction bc they spent more attack two or one staring people but we three staring people and lose
Supercell works wonderful I have 5 accounts all in the same clan and it so easy switch back and forth from account to account
